individual support

Self-management individual support is a bilingual service offering flexible and accessible 50-minute virtual one-on-one sessions with 20-minute follow-up phone calls. This support includes psychoeducational content with exercises available on a digital platform. Seventeen themes are offered, allowing participants to choose and complete them at their own pace to regain control over their mental health.

We offer self-management workshops to help you learn to live with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, improve your self-esteem, and achieve a better work-life balance. Lasting 10 to 12 weeks, these workshops allow you to adopt strategies and behaviors that promote your daily well-being.
