Individual self-management support is a bilingual service of flexible, accessible one-on-one sessions offered virtually, lasting 50 minutes with 20-minute follow-up telephone sessions. Individual support includes psycho-educational content with exercises available on a digital platform. There are 18 themes to choose from, which can be completed at your own pace to help you regain control over your mental health.

Developed by Relief, these self-management workshops are designed to support individuals who wish to better cope with anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, strengthen their self-esteem, or improve their work–life balance.
Structured over a period of 10 to 12 weeks, they offer practical approaches that help participants adopt strategies and behaviors that promote everyday well-being.
